Data Center Employee Council — Last updated May 2026

We collect only what you send us. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for anything other than responding to your request.

What we collect

When you submit a contact request through this site, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, phone number (if given), your connection to data center work, your location, and a description of what happened.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools that collect personal data. We do not collect any information about visitors who do not submit the form.

How we use it

The information you submit is used solely to review your request and, if appropriate, to have a Council member contact you. That's it.

Who we share it with

No one. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with employers, unions, trade associations, government agencies, advertisers, or any third party.

How long we keep it

We retain contact request information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. Requests that do not result in an ongoing conversation are not kept indefinitely.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request that it be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below and we'll respond promptly.
